Getting into medical school has never been easy, but it has been getting harder in recent years. Acceptance rates to allopathic medical schools are at just 41% last year, and 36% in allopathic medical schools! Students have to spend months or even years preparing for the application process in order to give themselves the best shot at getting one of the coveted spots.
