Attention Teachers: STEM Contest Alert!
Samsung Solve for Tomorrow STEM contest is officially open for entries. 300 lucky schools and teachers will be awarded a total of $300 million. Teachers from across the country are encouraged to discuss how they use STEM to make a difference in their school.
As the teacher, you simply have to apply on the contest’s website. To be considered, you will have to answer two questions:
“What is the biggest problem, challenge or issue faced by your school community that you will tackle for your Solve for Tomorrow project? (200 words)”
and
“How can STEM be applied to address this problem, challenge or issue? (200 words)”
The program not only provides professional development training for teachers, but also offers internship opportunities, exclusive access to events, and more to the students who participate in the program.
All teachers are encouraged to participate by October 23. Visit Samsung Solve for Tomorrow for more information.
