How COVID-19 Is Upending Medical School Admissions Tests
Now more than ever, students are searching for answers for how the COVID-19 pandemic will affect the upcoming medical school admissions cycle. MCAT cancellations, colleges moving online, and volunteering and shadowing opportunities postponed have not stopped aspiring doctors from starting the application process, as the MCAT is still a must-have for medical school. In fact, a low MCAT score was the “biggest application deal-breaker” in past years.
Thankfully, the MCAT administrators are taking extra sanitizing precautions and adding test dates.
