Bio:
Nathania’s passion for college admissions is deeply personal.
Nathania was born in St. Lucia and raised in Massachusetts, where she experienced firsthand the transformative power of education. As a first-generation college graduate, she navigated much of the college admissions process on her own, learning through trial and determination, with the support of mentors who believed in her potential. Those experiences shaped not only her educational journey but also her commitment to helping students and families navigate one of life’s most important decisions with confidence.
After graduating from college, she began her career in higher education as an admissions counselor. Rather than staying at one institution, she intentionally sought opportunities at a variety of colleges and universities to gain a broader understanding of admissions from multiple perspectives. Throughout her career, she has worked in undergraduate admissions at a public university, a technology-focused institution, and liberal arts colleges. Each experience broadened her understanding of institutional priorities, student fit, and the many pathways available to students pursuing higher education.
Today, she combines her admissions expertise with years of college counseling experience to help students build thoughtful college lists, develop compelling applications, craft authentic essays, and make informed decisions about their futures. She believes there is no single “perfect” college. Instead, her goal is to help each student find institutions where they will thrive academically, personally, and professionally.
