Bio:
Melissa has helped hundreds of students boost their test scores: her SAT students have improved their overall scores an average of 200 points, while her ACT students have improved their composite scores by an average of 6 points. Her students have gone on to attend schools including Stanford, Duke, New York University, Dartmouth, University of Virginia, and Northwestern. These results come from thousands of hours breaking down SAT and ACT questions into manageable, easy-to-digest steps. Melissa employs the Socratic Method during her sessions to ensure that students are active participants and able to articulate the steps to answer the questions on their own. Students leave sessions energized and confident in their abilities.
