Bio:
Lakshmi is deeply committed to helping students navigate the admissions process with confidence, particularly when it comes to essays and interviews. She takes a hands-on, individualized approach, working closely with each student to uncover their unique story and translate it into clear, compelling writing that resonates with admissions committees. Whether guiding students through brainstorming, refining structure, or strengthening their voice, she ensures that every essay reflects authenticity and purpose.

Lakshmi also specializes in BS/MD applications and interview preparation, working with students on both traditional and Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) formats. She provides structured mock interviews and detailed feedback, helping students improve how they communicate their experiences, think through ethical scenarios, and respond confidently under pressure. In addition to her counseling work, Lakshmi is actively involved in both bench and clinical research as an MDDR candidate at Albany Medical College. Her bench research in a dermatology lab focuses on integrin-related mechanisms, while her clinical research includes multiple projects in surgery and obstetrics and gynecology.
