Jim is a counselor with Moon Prep who brings extensive experience in college and financial aid planning, along with a deeply personalized, one-on-one approach to college admissions. He works closely with students and families to build balanced college lists aligned with academic strengths, personal priorities, and long-term goals; develop strong, authentic applications; and craft impactful essays that resonate with admissions committees.
From identifying best-fit universities to navigating deadlines and admissions requirements, Jim guides students through every stage of the process, positioning them for success at traditional four-year universities and competitive BS/MD programs. He emphasizes preparation beyond admission—helping students build critical thinking skills, effective communication, and competitive academic profiles that support college and career success.
